HVAC Maintenance Plan In Allen Park, MIAffordable Comfort Heating & Cooling’s Residential Preventive Maintenance Agreement offers priority emergency services if a breakdown should occur. Our service technicians will respond and treat your call as a priority service call. You will receive a 15% discounts on parts for repairs and labor. You will also receive discounts on diagnostic/trip charges.

Planned Maintenance includes: Two maintenance call per year, one in each heating and cooling season. This is to inspect and to advice you of any needed repairs to prevent breakdown and maintain the highest level of efficiency. No repairs will be made without your approval.

  • Contacts and relays
  • Clean filters
  • Electric strip heaters

Commercial Preventive Maintenance

Commercial Planned Maintenance will include- Four maintenance calls per year, which each call will be done quarterly. Our purpose for this is to inspect and advice you of any repairs that will be needed to maintain efficiency and to prevent breakdowns. No repairs will be made without company’s approval.

  • Volts-amps on evaporator fans
  • Volts-amps on condenser fans
  • Volts –amps on compressors
  • Change belts

  • Crankcase heaters
  • Connections for heating

  • High limits and safeties
  • Heat ex-changer, bonnet,and all flue ways
  • Draft fans for dirt and rust
  • Safeties
  • Overall cleanliness of heating section
  • Condensate pan, drain and pump
  • Evaporator Coil
  • Lubricate blower fans, motors, shafts and bearings
  • Condenser and Evaporator temperature differential
  • Oil levels
  • Visual Checks for leaks
